Going BJD crazy!!!

I have been away from this blog for a very long time and thought just in case someone is still out there looking I would post what I have been doing.
I have been playing with my dolls!!!
Here is a couple of BJD dolls I have gotten in the last few months!

First are my Kaye Wiggs girls!

The first doll is my very first Bjd doll...Her name is Layla Elf...Then came "Hope" and then I got my dream crabby girl "Miki"...I just love the way she pouts!

I have many more to show, but will do that later as I do need to get back to work!...Yes, I am still making the rag dollies, but they have shrunk to only about 6"...Here is one more picture of one of my dolls holding one!

I had to show everyone this 10" BJD doll from Connie Lowe!...I have pre ordered her for myself and should get her soon!....Her name is Glum...Isn't she funny?...She is from a new line Connie is doing called the Sprockets..She has released Glum and Meek and will have at least 4 more coming in 2013...I think little Glum looks not too happy that her stocking is empty!...I have added the link to her face book...I hope I did that right!
I have been away from this blog for a very long time!...I got caught up into a new love!...BJD dolls!...This is the first doll I bought...Kaye Wiggs Layla elf!...I just love her...I have been designing and making outfits for these wonderful dolls for the last few month and really enjoying it...They bring so much joy to my life...I will be posting some of the other dolls I have bought in the next few days...Hope everyone has been doing well and you have been busy sewing!
May your Holiday be full of fun stuff!

It's been way too long!

I can't believe it has been this long since I posted anything...Well, I have been busy you might say...Life at the moment has me just a bit scattered brain...My parents are growing older and need my attention a lot these days, but who am I to complain?...They put up with me for all those years raising me!...My mother has always been such a good teacher with all kinds of crafts and I am really lucky to have had her for a mom...My Dad had to put up with both of us making messes doing crafts so gotta thank him too!

Back to what I have been up to when I get a chance to be crafty...Since I have been on here, I believe I have put out 3 new patterns...I just listed this one cute Wilabee Daisy Bug today that has hand made felt shoes and lots of wool felt trims on her, including her little cat in her pocket...this took me forever to write up, but finally got it done...I just love her and all of the my Wilabee's...A lot more idea's floating in my head for more of them...I am working on 2 right now!

Another pattern I put out not to long ago was my Darn It Doll...She is just my version of these silly dolls you throw or slam when life gets you down...this doll was a must for me at this time, although I would never treat her like she looks!...Can you tell what kind of mood I was in that day when she came to life?...Included in her pattern is a couple pages of tags with different saying and the Darn it poem you can hang on her too...she would be a great doll to sell at craft shows.

here are the pics of these doll patterns...Hope everyone is having a wonderful spring...Ours is way too wet and chilly still...I want SUN!
